I read the last few pages and I'm getting the impression that now most people are going for VI instead of VS? Why is that eventhough the criteria is higher? Have they upgraded VI or downgraded VS? Thanks!

Oh no, they're revising the unlimited entry to PPL to 5 times only. Damn.
