asked the girl at the Gardens Maybank card centre today. Apparently the new visa signature card cannot be approved within 1 hour upon application submission. They will send to HQ to process

Sent the application form last Tuesday evening, received acknowledgement email on Wednesday, and saw the card being approved and appeared on maybank2u today awaiting activation
