Recently I got charged annual fee for MBB VS.

I called the CS and request for waiver. The process will take 6 working days and CS asked me to check M2U to see if there is a credit. I then asked what are the criteria to get waiver and she said average monthly spend of RM2.5k over the past 6 months (for this card only, cannot combine expenditure with other cards). I am not sure if I have hit 50k annual spending for automatic waiver, but definitely average more than RM2.5k for the past 6 months.

Let's see how it goes.
