anyone tried redeeming TP into cashback for their VS? Just requested via phone CS.. the last time i requested, ntg was being done, therefore just gave up lol

wooo, just checked my year end total spending.. guess im qualified for the waiver... not sure if i can continue to meet the requirement to waive this year economy not so good..

but will check with CS again to see if it's following card approval date, or follow anniversary date..

every year, during the final statement of the year (statement for dec, which comes out in jan), all cards have a summary of total spending for the year.... i think it's a requirement from BNM, as all my statements from diff banks shows it as well... try checking your estatement, or physical statement, normally near the last page or top of the page

same... just got the SMS as well.. not much use anymore it seems, except for petrol and groceries rebate.... however i have hlb wise as well.. time to cancel

haha not really la.. paid insurance, paid property purchase deposit, etc.... i use roughly average around 5kish per month, as i do alot online transactions.. online for me is 5x points as the gateway is overseas, so i can redeem cashback as well using TP

anyway, i have to agree that MBB CS is getting worse from day to day... been using MBB quite many years, used to be very efficient, now have to be put on hold for atleast 10 mins or so, despite using VS...

and also @kengyan, you have your point to call midnight, but for most of the regular people which needs to wake up to work the next day, majority of them would have been sleeping already

Just got my AF billed and auto waived. Check the expiry on my card. AF is based on the expiry month stated on your card

You can call in to CS to redeem. Thats what i do all the while. Its calculated based on every 40k points for RM100 cashback.

must change by every 40k... cant change 400 points...
