Not possible for the signature card. U have to wait for at least 5-7 working days. The CS at gardens mentioned something about the visa signature being a different type of material hence unable to issue within a short timeframe.

I used KLIA last week. Couldn't use the lounge as it is in the international terminal and I was flying domestic.

So if it is just for the lounge access, then VS may not be on my list.

I blame this on the decision to lower down the income req. More people signing up means more CB and PPL expenses.

MBB VI is not affected, so there is an option there for those whose CL meets the min req.
