The website now states:

For those already had their AF charged on the statement, is the date exactly 1 year from approval?
10 April 2015 Application submitted 15 April 2015 Card appeared in M2U but CS said that AF will be charged on 27-Feb-2016 Any comment? |

Just called CS again on this. Now I have 3 different answer: end of Feb, end of March and end of April
