Any tried parking at The Valet Club? Let's list down successful and failed attempts. I will inform the CEO of TVC. I have informed him on my 2 experiences. The workers are not willing to accept VS cards and give lots of excuses because they can't earn 1 single cent of tips.

1) KPJ Damansara Specialist (was told MBB VS cannot be used, but accepted it after threatening him to call MBB CS)

Failed:
1) One World Hotel (was told out of quota on the first day/weekend of the month)

There is nothing to be malu about. The bank has paid TVC for this service and we are entitled for it.

I managed to ask CS to transfer my 100% CB winning fr MB2C Visa to VS. Now I don't need to pay for my petrol for a few trips

yes, can pledge FD to get VS signature if credit limit below 20k.

after placed the FD, the bank will take the FD cert and tag under lien.

after that, waiting for process of credit limit increase.

then only start applying VS as additional card.

by applied meaning you have submitted your application form? to the bank? then contact the bank

Yes. Submit to the bank. Just curious some people applied and received fast while mine one like no news for ages.
