Hi guys, i been getting constant spike every 15 secs and nothing I do could fix. Ping is always 33-66ms then spikes up to 200-300ms for a while then back to normal.

Will VPN fix it ?

VPN won't fix it. Might even make it worse. Contact your ISP for help. What ISP you using? Some ISP's like Maxis Fibre have problems after 8PM. I'm using them. Though, I get <90ms.
