 Running everyday tasks as "Non-Admin", Who's practising this approach?

It has been said one of the main problems facing Windows users are most of them run as Administrator. So the OS is prone to malwares which can penetrate and execute freely in full administrative priviledge.

What's a Power User account? I tot there's only Admin and Limited User account type in Windows XP.
