Erm, I don't think there are hackers around in Starcraft 2. And there aren't 8 player maps in 1v1 ladder...There is a pattern of spawning for ladder maps. If I'm not mistaken some maps are close spawn, some are cross spawn. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
