Hi guys,

Need some help here.I bought some football jerseys from Kitbag.com and two packages did not arrive at my door step since then after 20 days.I have since contacted them regarding this issue.But I am curious to where the package has been lost.Previous experience with Kitbag was them using POS Malaysia for delivery.I wonder where I can check the packages when the packages reaches Malaysian shore.Do I check the customs or the post office? Thanks if anyone can share some light on this issue.
