Did you put the M as well? I think just use the number, 39983. Did you try that?
I just check IEM website, it appears OK and I've been approving a few graduate applications recently.

Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

A regulatory body for engineering practices in Malaysia; set-up by the Malaysian government under the Registration of Engineers Act, 1967 (REA) to administer and to enforce the REA and its provisions to protect public interest;

Only Graduate Engineers and Professional Engineers registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) are allowed to practice engineering in Malaysia;

All engineering practitioner MUST register with the BEM within 6-months of practice.

Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM)

A learned society where engineers of various disciplines in every sector of economic activities come together for mutual helpfulness and sharing of experiences and technologies;

IEM works closely with BEM to enhance the status of engineers in the society;

Establish social linkage between engineers and help young engineers to establish themselves in their career;

In general, a learned institution for practicing engineers in Malaysia for networking, technical learning and socializing.

Get any P.Eng that you know to endorse it. I can do it for you too.
But i'm not in Malaysia, so too bad.

U can try go to IEM in the evening with all your certificates, there are meetings there where the PE attends. Just ask one of them to help endorse.

Anyway, you don't have to PM me to notify me. Just use it, i will get an email notification to approve. I'll approve all the submissions. IEM will do the checking on their end.

Go ahead, no need to ask permission. That's the reason I put it public, for everyone to register.

Ah, i didn't reply to u. Basically this is to approve the online application. The actual vetting is still done at IEM. This has nothing to do with approving his/her competency as an engineer. Just for them to register with IEM as a graduate engineer.

you mean u submitted long ago? my side, i approve almost immediately after the email arrives.
