The anime has skip some chapters in the manga and also rearrange some chapters, as usual.
But still retain the important scenes.
Of coz, manga is still the best as some scene are really funny but did not show in the anime.
It is a must to read the manga. Very nice.

I also prefer Barakamon art and slice of life style story more. Handa-kun is entertaining but it lack the Barakamon charm.
