Is a bit late that I notice this game, but still able to back this game through paypal.

Since there are still accepting backers, I feel curious and ask them about the stretch goals, all the fund from their paypal page & kickstarter will be combined,

so whatever the fund they receive, all will be counted into the stretch goals, and the next goals is at 900k !
if this is reached, we will unlock hero mode, extra 3 character playable, where we can use other MAIN character beside shantae

of course is nice to hit 1.2m, since there is a new transformation, but lets not be greedy first, clear 1 by 1, LOL

rough check weekly, there are still new backers everyday I guess, the figure are always different~

whats more, once we beat the game, below these 10 option will be available !

1. Shantae -Normal Costume: Belly Dance to transform into creatures with new abilities.
2. Shantae - Beach Day Costume: greatly reduced defense, summer props & sunbathing aid.
3. Shantae - Ninja Costume: additional speed, agility, and magic at the cost of defense.
4. Shantae - Patricia Wagon Costume: ranged Pellet Gun attacks and increased armor (Heart Discs restore health)
5. Shantae - Blue Costume: plays the same, looks totally swank.
6. Risky Boots - Normal Costume: Blueprints let her Slice, grapple, fire a pistol or cannon, and command Tinkerbats.
7. Risky Boots - Classic Costume: plays the same, looks more game boy color...ish
8. Sky - Boost using birds, collect and hatch eggs to gain new powers!
9. Bolo - Charge and release steel ball ‘n chain attacks. Grapple, smash, and take punches like a champ!
10. Rottytops - Gameplay based on (ick) feeding, (yuck) self-dismemberment, and maybe a little cosplay!

personally I like B,C,D except A.

But prefer C,D with shorter legging.

this is a new one and not a remake?
i bought risky's revenge on steam, used to play on the nintendo ds

new one, if you play risky revenge before, you should recognise the differences already, XD

now is just less than 3k to go [3 extra playable character - HERO mode], talk to the creator, the game release will delay for all the new stretch goals. (mentioned at their kickstarter update)

I do hope they do some last final push promotion to hit all the way until 1.3 million goals,
then we will get 2 more NEW tranformation, high quality animated scene,

is just a "better looking" platformer.

I dont see any gameplay in it.

just looking at the first 5 goals already show you how much new things added in there, not to mention even more gameplay, replayability is there.

We get 2 new transformation, play as Boss to defeat main character, and 3 funny special modes. and 3 more heroes mode are coming, each with their OWN stories.

Is actually MORE than "better looking", besides, better looking shows effort too,

But oh well, everyone have their own opinion. maybe you can get it after the game released, but for people who buy later will forever miss out the free DLC they given as mentioned. XD

They even talk about the 1 million goal, FULL VOICE ACTING, yay !!

Is not even 1 week and there have been an increase of almost $4,000 USD through their paypal pledge, that is more than RM 10,000.

Creator told me they will/might do a final promoting push when they gonna release the game.

If they keep up the face, 1-2 month later, this will break the 1 million goals,

keep it up ~~~~!!

oer well.. 2D platformer may not appeal to majority of gamers but it certainly not crap .

nice said man, I always ignore trollers comment as they are posting useless comment, so we can prevent negative post for other viewers.

anyway, is been a week, and now the total is 905k !~~~
