i check their website kat shah alam got 1 authorized service centre. can send for warranty at there ah? and how about the service?
last week pi lowyat punya service centre. jilaka so long to wait. but they didnt repair also. still got problem. vavi betul waste my time je.



note : dont ever buy asus.

last week i wait for 2 hours. just to collect my laptop. i sit at infront there. so i can hear any conversation between cust and customer service.
got few case

1) already 5 month. asus said to customer case closed. but customer still havent get the laptop.
2) customer wait since yesterday. wait for hours then fedup. bcoz dono why only got 3 staff. but 2 staff jaga phone. 1 staff jaga laptop.
3) customer sent laptop for warranty. 1 month. call them they said laptop is ready to collect. they wait for 2 hours just to heard the staff said " belum sampai lagi sini. hari isnin baru adaa "
4) jilaka got number but ppl simply cut queue one.

what brand ok give good after sales service then?

I ban ACER liao

Took 3 weeks to fix laptop, then spoilt again then another 3 weeks to change mobo

Hopefully my Asus laptop don't fail me

ASUS service centre = sampah quality.

Acer highpoint service center is the best. Notebook keyboard rosak straight away replace on the spot. Less than 15 mins

idk which part yang banyak problem. mungkin bahagian technical dia kot.
ada satu customer ni. vga port dia senget. hantar warranty. lepas sebulan still senget. kesian dia.

ts lowyat all asus service and part changes check is opposite of lowyat and sungai wang that imbi something.

anything you send to asus they send there.

i agree not buy any asus.
within 3 years i buy asus mobo, graphic card,
1st day buy gc already factory faulty.
short circuit on mobo for no reason and causing my ram and psu rosak.

mobo rosak twice. doh.gif

the problem is rosak MOBO, send to fix, come back still rosak

then worst part is, while receive my laptop, the casing dented, small lubang for ventilation patah and a lot of screw driver gores/mark

I call to complain, no layan, further show photos(lucky I took photo of the packing and condition) then only apologized and give me extend warranty for 3 months in return

3week now and dont have any update! no email/no phone call!!!
just changing the fans and i ady agree with the price and ask for proceed to fixing the laptop but till today still haven fix yet!

Product is good in quality! but the after sales services is shiiity as hell!

i got 2 asus laptop.
1st is a52jc. used for 4 years. still ok. no problem at all.
2nd is x451ca. this 1 got alot problem.

Gone are the day when ASUS were the most reliable after sale service. After moved to Lowyat Plaza from Imbi Plaza, the quality of the service are going down to the drain.

Sent my laptop to emaintenance at kelana square. 9999x better than asus one. Let see how it go. Hope they fix it.

Absolutely, unbelievably, excruciatingly, most pathetic after sales service on the planet. I urge all people NOT to buy any ASUS product.

MY RM5,800 ASUS UX301LA failed after 13 months. Its been back in and out of repair for the last 6 weeks. First time pick up same problem I took it in for. 2nd time pick up it wouldnt even turn on!!!!! Pick it up for the 3rd time today. When I took it in 6 weeks ago it had 2 x 128GB drives. Pick up (again) today and it only has 1 x128GB drive.

Enough is enough

I need to report ASUS to some govt dept, can anyone help?
