Ruby RED = well, if you wanna para fast..
Topaz YELLOW = 41% MF, increases from 69.7% to 82%

Emerald GREEN = whyyy?....no money?. or just wish to see huge drops of it?....
Ame PURPLE = 35.7% life to 42% life. ....

No idea about any legendary gems that can be used on helm.

I've always socketed Ruby in my helm since Vanilla, lvling paragon is one of the few things that motivate me to login these days, lol.

Ya, if use on Saders..can take off Captain Crimson set d to achieve 56% CDR. Then use other belts.

yeah, according to their official annoucement, existing item will not get the legendary power.

Yes, all existing legendaries that will be changed in 2.1 will not have its effect applied on existing drops. Only new-found drops will have its Legendary affix rolled into them.

Any Depth Diggers on live will roll as-is, and no retroactive change will apply for the upcoming Leg affix changes.

Dont forget you can get another cdr from belt

Oh yeah!! Will be able to roll Elemental Dmg % or CD on other gear too
