Hi guys,

Recently i've changed my router into the new dlink unifi router (silver). A serious problem has occurred. Every ranked match, I'll be getting error "connection problem, auto disconnect in 25 seconds" on right top of dota 2. In console, it'll appear as "receiving uncompressed update". This happens every 30 seconds. Technically, my game will hang for few seconds every 30 seconds-1 min. Any idea why its happening? shakehead.gif shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Insert the following commands in your autoexec.cfg file:

CODE
rate "80000"
cl_updaterate "30"
cl_cmdrate "30"
cl_interp "0.05"
cl_interp_ratio "2"
cl_smooth "1"
cl_smoothtime "0"

That should fix the problem. smile.gif

It doesn't solve the problem unfortunately. Last round was good, no settings needed, this round turned out bad sad.gif how can this happens? icon_question.gif Could it be due to the new router by unifi

after being frustrated for a few months i finally stumbled on a solution. Login to your router and go to the advanced tab and disable the anti attack.

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0146sec    0.37    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
