anyone also hv this TOK sound when cornering?

*p/s: i had se bodykit and 3max fr and rear strut

wanfauzan and davidke20 and V12Kompressor after further test today, im able to replicate the sound..i start the car, put gear in r and release hand brake, then tekar minyak and voila..2 tok tok sound coming from behind most probably..

Most probably its what wanfauzan said ( rear brake and somthing to do with the handbrake)

My ultimate question is, is it ok if i just leave it or should i inform proton during the 1000 km service? ( i dont want proton to fak up this car and if it is ok and doesnt cause any damage in the long run, i will just leave it)

Possible to chan3 to L from D, while doing 100++?

since im not rich and the car is only moves 1-3 times a week.

Hi all, my saga FLX is already nearing 3 years old with 87K km clocked.

My front left absorber got bengkok (bent)... i dont know why, but someones been driving my car when i am not around and no one is admitting they hit a pot hole or anything.   

The problem rose up when i could hear some weird knocking sound or crackling sound from the left side... i thought it was the drive shaft... brought the car to Proton Glenmarie, and the said it might be the lower arm (my noob knowledge only thought the lower arm or tulang anjing is only at the back, did not know got lower arm at the front... i need to study more about the car)

The proton SC mentioned if one side bengkok, better do both sides (left and right)... Proton quoted me RM514 for both sides inclusive of installation...

I called another workshop, he said better just take IMP comfort change whole set but use stock spring as i dont want lower car... afraid later 5 people in car hit any road bump... he quoted me RM680 for the absorber (all front and back) with installation..

Another mechanic quoted to change front left and front right at RM440

Then started searching around... There are FREAKINGLY ALOT OF ABSORBERS TO CHOOSE FROM.     

well... i guess its the era of technology anyway...

The questions for the sifu out there (or here)... what would you suggest? what brand is good to be used..

The car usage is as per the below:
1) mostly normal driving
2) sometimes speed up to 140km/h
3) no hard cornering (but most of my friends say i corner preatty hard.. hahaha)
4) Sometimes do hard corner and cilok2 as me and friends sometime go out and race to restaurant on kalah bayar basis...

My requirements are simple
1) i dont want the car to hit the road bumb or the road when going over it even with 5 people (stock can do this)
2) good to use for long term (someone suggested me serviceble absorber but i dont see the difference)
3) maybe, dont want lower the car

see... simple ony right... hahaha... so far, the stock suspension system is good enough, but since one is bengkok, wanna try something new...

The GAB has a technology called AVCS on their HA series and HA-B Series and AVCS-2 with ESV on their SE series...

those sound cool, but i dont even know what they are for... thus, asking all sifu and non sifu here for opinion on what suspension to use and whether it comes together with spring and whether i should go for serviceable...

err... macam tilam means its very soft right? if 5 people get in the car, will it hit rock bottom?

Guys, just curious if we do alignment with normal workshop and not Proton service center, will it void the car warranty?
