i tot they called it as ECU update???add in new stuff but old stuff remained the same...

could be confusion among the terms being used

SC makes it worse when they aren't being transparent.
i have no doubts when there could be cases where they just relearn the ECU as you said, or even absolutely being done at all and just call it a day.

Should i relearn/reflash? How to know if there is new update. Especially for cvt.

Reflash version ady came up with 2 versions for FLX IAFM+. 1 for MT, according to unreliable sos mentioned cold start idling being retuned to better fuel map. Another version was made for CVT, to remove false signal from driven pulley torque drive feedback trigger safe mode wor. However, there's an argument of if that function being removed, then the entire CVT box will lose it's only protective feature liao So, within 5 years CVT belt loose tension is inevitable jor Not sure how reliable the unreliable sos is, but if the 2nd reflash was being designed that way, I believe today we wont hear anymore complaint of CVT lite during downhill jor

According to unreliable sos, the 32bit idiotic FLX ECU can't be "update" as the program was written for CAN. Hence everytime if there's any minor changes/addon, the entire ROM will have to REFLASH instead of update. The unreliable sos also said, even Persona 32bit ECU wasn't that bad wor. Only FLX is designed this way wor

It is a minor "update", but the root program weren't able to "add on", hence the entire ECU erased and reflash with new updated version That's what I've been told

Yes, go to an proton EDAR sc and ask for update, or mention you have cold start issue, surely they would get you an ECU reflash.
