hello guys im back again..sorry i just want the opinion regarding,,should i get 70D or sony A6000?btw i making videography..
I would recommend Canon. And here are my personal opinion:1) Colors - I don't know why, but I still prefer the colors of Canon compared to my Sony NEX6 in video. It feels more saturated straight out of the cam. Maybe the new sensor in A6000 has already improved on this area
2.1) Lenses. Canon has lots of lens, especially big aperture lenses (not to mention the cheap but good Canon 50mm f1.8 or the Sigma 50mm f1.4), which will create dramatic effects in video.
2.2) Focusing - Usually in videography I try to prevent using auto focus as it is unpredictable. But I heard the focusing on A6000 is super fast, which might be a good thing but not sure about accuracy. But if you ever wanted to do manual focusing, I feel that Canon lenses have more control as most of the lens is mechanically driven, compared to most of the Sony lenses which are focus by wire.
3) Mic jack - Canon has a standard 3.5mm mic jack which allows you to use any mic. For Sony you have to purchase additional mic input adapter that will be fix to your hot shoe adapter, thus not enabling you to use any video light (or you have to use different flash bracket).
4) Stability - 70D is heavier, and have larger grip. Which in result increase the stability of the camera during video capturing.
just my 2cents
ps: I am not a professional, just an average user
