Upgrade to 6D for your choices, you won't see significant upgrade from 700D to 70D unless your priority is video shooting

If I were in his shoes, I'll settle for a 70D.

No reason to pump in so much on the 7D2 / 6D .......... but 6D does help for video, better noise control.

The release of that 10-18 with IS made it so difficult for me to dispose of my aged 10-22.

Really no reason for anyone to go for a 10-22 these days.

10-18 + 18-55 + 55-250 - excellent budget trio.

To be honest I'd prefer the 35mm F2 IS for my prime, but budget wise has relegated me to the nifty fifty lol.

am tempted to get a 50mm f1.8 STM to toy with.

Sifu can't make up my mind. Salary and bonus came out already been thinking for a while npw 70D vs 760D, 760D + lens all in on my budget but 70D have weather sealing plus more shooting power i guess??? Does weather sealing important? I'm currently staying here in genting highlands and as you know fog is a bit strong on here... And if you stay in a cold room or place, Does weather sealing helps or 760D can stand it? Is the focusing in view finder similar for both? And is there still problem on view finder focusing in 70D for wide apperture lenses? Have also plan to get maybe tamron 17-50mm? Or that issue is user problem? Please clear my mind....

I think it depends on luck as well, read someone got his 6D buttons unresponsive after getting a bit wet, but after restarting a while it starts working again.
