QUOTE(sHawTY @ Jan 3 2007, 03:03 AM) Yes, this is the problem faced by some users that uses those heatsinks that the fan uses blow down style such as Bigthyphoon, XP120, G-Power Pro dont forget about my Scythe Andy Samurai Master. cannot NC-U6 too. but i going to purchase it for the future!Edit, where's doom? I wanna see his reaction after seeing that HR-05 is already beaten by NC-U6 |

yehlai is correct in some sense.
IMO, lower temp for computer parts is always a good news no matter whether you are OC or default speed. |

QUOTE(coolice @ Mar 9 2007, 07:23 AM) Thanks QUOTE(akachester @ Mar 11 2007, 09:50 AM) Just wanted to know, would the Noctua fit well on the DFI CFX3200?I have seen many people using the Evercool NB cooler on their DFI.Is the Evercool good?Or any good suggestion on what chipset cooler i should be using on a DFI board?I currently have a Zalman and it isnt doing a very good job in cooling my current "VERY HOT" NForce4 SLI mobo... Sure. It can fit nicely QUOTE(DaRkSyThE @ Mar 11 2007, 11:15 AM) the noctua will definately fitt the CX3200. alot of people use the evercool because its relatively cheaper Cheap but the performance not that good. If you really a hardcore OCer, it cannot handle it one. |

Sigh... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guys, I think I faced some problem here. I just mounted Noctua NH-U12F into my rig and after that, I noticed that I cant mount NC-U6 already My rig picture U12F blocking my NB Do you guys think that TR HR 05 SLI will solve my problem? QUOTE(DaRkSyThE @ Mar 22 2007, 07:05 AM) yes the HR-05 will indeed solve ur prob. however if u could mount the hsf the other way, that would help too. I already tried HR 05 SLI (borrow from coolice). It will 'touch' my GC no matter what direction I mount it Thinking to get a JingTin QUOTE(sniper69 @ Mar 22 2007, 07:43 AM) I just tried HR 05 SLI, wont work too. Touch my GC QUOTE(sHawTY @ Mar 22 2007, 09:44 AM) Yes irangan. Ya I knew that I can mount U6 if i change the direction of my HSF. But I personally think that push all those hot air to PSU and release through there dont sounds like a great idea to me. Hehe.. You can still use the NC-U6 too. Just turn your NH-U12F and make the exhaust of the heatsink to face directly to the psu. This way, the heat from the heatsink will still be blown out from the casing. As PSU takes the air from the casing, and blow it out from the casing too. This way, you can still use the NC-U6 Currently I am looking for JingTin |
