Guys, whoever bought that Noctua NC-U6 from irangan won't be dissapointed with the performance of that chipset heatsink even if it's fixed in passive cooling.
I myself before this is using PC-Cooler NB-400CU with a superfast 40MM fan...
This is my result:
PC-Cooler NB-400CU with a superfast 40MM fan - 35degrees
Noctua NC-U6 passive cooling [no fan attached] - 36degrees
Look at the temp man!!!
That NC-U6 is able to cool my Intel 975X chipset to 36degrees even if it's running on passive cooling!!!
While the PC-Cooler NB-400CU is fixed with a superfast 40mm fan, but only got 35degrees
Just imagine what will i get if later i put a 70mm medium speed fan on that NC-U6, seriously, i have no doubt that the Noctua NC-U6 can cool my Intel 975X chipset to 28-30 degrees without a problem...
Now, what are you waiting for, go get you'reself you're own Noctua NC-U6!!!
I believe that the NC-U6 is much much better than the Thermalright HR-05 @ HR-05 SLi
very seldom see sellers say other products better than their items.......I myself before this is using PC-Cooler NB-400CU with a superfast 40MM fan...
