About noctua is designed for low speed fan, i thought about the same thing too, maybe the design are just the same with scythe ninja, who knows...
But still, it's giving me a headache...

i hv to make 2 guess...
1st of all, due to heavy vibration, it affect the contact make between chipset and heatsink.
2nd, the airflow inside the casing is disturb by the fan u tide with heatsink.
so, u might need to change ur fan blowing direction, inorder to improve ur whole system temperature to more cooler...
