about the setting... ISO is too high for daytime. ISO 100 is very good enough for this, as the shutter speed would fast enough

well, for video work, the lights always on, no need care about flash or shutter haha! however, need to care about light frequency though, otherwise can record flickering lights (ie. pc monitor, tv, even house lights).  laugh.gif

in theory, yes, HSS provide lesser power and u can set faster shutter speed. this quite useful for outdoor photograph
