oh...so using HSS means power less but can go high speed shutter.....that's a good news, at least can use fast shutter speed for freeze effect. i'm new to flash light.   

well, for video work, the lights always on, no need care about flash or shutter haha! however, need to care about light frequency though, otherwise can record flickering lights (ie. pc monitor, tv, even house lights).
