I have notice in order to get notification, the app must be running background. If you kill the app then will got no notification. Example games CoC and Telegram app that i use. Is this normal? Any way to change that? I test with galaxy nexus even if the app (Telegram) not running background still can receive notification.

Is that an app?Not per say the "limitation" of Miui. My sis's Mi3 receive notifications fine. So it's probably on your side. Check your app permission, check your settings, etcetc.  |
