we just sorted out the contena yesterday midnight till just now. all deliveries will be done today as normal. your order has been confirmed since yesterday. In our record, is a physical stock deducted 1 unit. Our stocks arrived at warehouse on 19/04/16 early morning and we got your order by 11.04am after you have bank-in to our current account. So, it was not preorder. Kindly refer to your whatsapp with careline.

I sincerely apologize to you due to the issue happened yesterday. Careline already been dedicated helping all the way. Pls be considerate as the Malaysia economy is facing a tough challenge and everyone also wants to survive and make a decent income to support their loved one and family. Nevertheless, i take ownership of your issue and we will resolve it by today.

If i still humbly ask your forgiveness, than i might a bit sarcastic, well i'm too human and i also got my own temper. However, life teaches me not to loose your EQ whenever facing problem. We are no god but we will learn and improve everyday. We do mistake in life and the most important thing is to learn and become a better person.

I'm not anyone related to you but take my advice, take 3 times of deep breath and think of others. People down there are facing inflation, high cost of living and unreasonable lay off by company. Please not making others life miserable. Things can be settled down easily by communicating correctly and respectfully. Take me for example, i made some mistakes previously and now i'm making it right here by providing good customer service and impeccable support to all the lowyat members here.

hi yeongooi bro, i don't mean to be rude. what you are doing, i understood. you wanted to spoilt my reputation in lyn due to i failed to keep my promise to deliver your mipad2. i already told you, shipment and delivery from China to Malaysia is beyond our control. Earlier way back, pls check your whatsapp chat history. i can say i already mentioned to you that shipment from China got risk. We are reseller and in Malaysia, there's no plan from mi Malaysia to import mipad2 to sell in malaysia. The only way to get mipad 2 is to buy from Xiaomi China.

I fully understood your frustration, your hatred and your worried when we failed to deliver to you. But you need to compromise and not go and complaint to mod and open unnecessary thread just to complaint. yes, you may complaint and you have every right to F me....

But think about this, if you are a businessman, what can you do best to salvage the situation? i don't mind if you don't understand. but nevertheless i never cheated you and i'm ready to fix your problem by delivering your mipad 2 by today if mod clear my dispute tag
