Details of the complaint :
I believe Safyah is a fraudster. I bought an i7-3770k CPU from him (or her) on 15 July 2014 and we confirm the deal through online IBG transaction and postage. I have made a payment of RM500.00 to his given CIMB account (7027917111) via M2U IBG at 10.41am (hoping the transaction will go through before 5.30pm), without noticing that transfer will only go through the next business day since 15 July 2014 is a Public Holiday in KL.

So, when I checked the thread again, he has removed all the i7-3770k thread details/information. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3289876&hl=

When I read further, I saw that he sold the same cpu to another person, namely Abg-SEM . I got suspicious and I tried calling Safyah (013-5504173), but he did not answer. I checked his other threads, to my surprise, he has removed all the details/information as well. I got very worried and contacted Abg-SEM via PM, and he said that he already made the transfer as well and he suspect we both got scammed.

I sms-ed Safyah and the following is the chronology of communication at 15 July 2014:
8.09 pm, nemesis86: Hi bro safyah, im nemesis86 from lowyat. Have you received the payment and done the postage?
8.22 pm, Safyah: No not receive it yet lol
8.26 pm, nemesis86: Have you sold the cpu to someone else?
8.27 pm, Safyah: I have 3 cpu lol. Come to my house if u want to see.
8.30 pm, nemesis86: Great, thought you sold to someone else. Please check again, coz the payment from my side gone through ady
8.32 pm, Safyah: Check your Acc balance sure still have the money lol
8.39 pm, nemesis86: Hey, y u not picking up my calls? I have made payment, n my account balance is minus rm500. I have receipt as proof.
8.40 pm, Safyah: Lol seriously!
8.43 pm, nemesis86: Hey, what do you mean by laughing?!, please be serious as this is a serious question. Do not force me to file a dispute, coz u r nt serious n nt answering my calls to clarify.
8.44 pm, Safyah: at cc la

8.47 pm, nemesis86: Hello, is genuine! Please call maybank. Anyway, pls let me know as soon as you received the money. N pls send me the tracking number of the cpu.

So, can you please kindly check ur cimb tomorrow n please make the postage as soon as possible with tracking number

10.59 pm, nemesis86: Hi bro, i called the maybank hotline, she clarify that the payment will go through aftr 24hrs, means u should get it around 11am. I hope evrything goes smoothly.

Until now, there is still no respond from Safyah via phone or lowyat forum PM. Though I did see him online in the morning (16 July 2014), and last online at 1.29PM same day.

I hope someone could assist me or at least to let everyone know about this issue.

If anyone have concrete information regarding this person, please do share here.

I feel sorry for you and Abg-SEM.. every month I'm seeing one or two of dispute case against LYN members that just newly created this year or last year end..
What bothers is that lots of people tend to fell for this scams, no matter how many times we warned..

But hey, since you just made the transaction yesterday, you could go ahead to report the police this coming Friday and bring it to your nearest CIMB branch and hope for the best.. IF he/she/shim/it really went MIA of course.. Good luck if this's really a fraud..

Bro, I feel sorry for you but sometimes things aren't as good as you think it is. If it is too good to be true, it usually is coz a i7 3770k for RM500 sounds fishy by itself. i7 3770k usually go for RM800. Hope you get your money back

thank god i didt made a payment to him/her..first i pm safyah regarding proc..first he rply proc sold..n then nxt day he said "up..buyer cancel buy"..so i txt him immediately n ask for his acc bank number for reserved deposit..he give his cimb acc..i ask for his clarification regarding proc..but didt rply..ask for cctc number..oso didt give..i pm him like 5times since yesterday..but no rply although ive seen his online

He or she open a sale thread for i7-3770k at RM550 Cod Perlis or through Postage.. i contacted him thru PM first at around 11:12 A.M.. At 1st i ask him to wassap me the picture of the receipt proc and he replied that he got no wifi at his workplace. he said that many people want to bank in that evening. He then gave his bankin detail

Fearing that it will be sold to others, i made decision to bought without further investigation . I transferred thru Cimbclicks which is instantly received I just googled the cimb name and account no. and there was nothing. Only after i made the payment that it came to my mind i forgot to ask whether the picture is real and google reverse the picture.

After that i found that the picture was indeed from google, and i smelled something fishy. He also didn't quickly closed the thread although i have already bought. I decided to reply at the thread "Waiting for postage.. Thanks " to let others know that i already paid, if it really is a scam to prevent others from being scam too. He last contacted me at Jul 15 2014, 12:09 PM thru PM.. I dindt get his phone number whatsoever.

This is my first time being scam although i have been really careful in dealing with postage method before this. Silly me for being greedy this one time and too rushing too buy, because i am really in a need for a processor, i forgot to check all possible detail.

If anyone have concrete information regarding this person, please do share here.

he/she just made up a number fon that he/she dont even know i think you can try call it by yourself . but the bank account number used are always the same .
need to find info about the bank account rather then then fon number given. more genuine . need back my RM 1750 . get his/her genuine number !!

guys i got the same problem like nemesis86...bought from mudah.my(yeah2 i know2) used i5 3570 for rm 250(yeah2 guys i know2 so stupid)i bought on 20/11/2014(still got receipt) the until now i did not received my item...i oredi contacted the seller and he still respond to my sms(my sms send/reply ratio from him 1++/1 a week) but ignoring my call...when i accused him scammer he keep telling if he want to scam me why should he reply my sms(remember my ratio)....i keep contact him through weeks(on the day i wrote this post oredi a months or week 4)..and
Suddenly on week 3 he did not reply any of my sms..untill i found his FB and his waifu fb...so i take incentive to add all his and the waifu frenlist..so i managed to get approval from one of his fren...and i ask this fren to alert or inform him to respond my contact,so his fren helped me and succesfully contact the seller...and i wait a few hour later..he did not contact me,so i sms him once more...then he reply and mad at me telling that ive telling bukan2 to his fren..and tarnished his reputation .
after i asked him to refund(oredi asked before but he ignored me) so isaid i know his face his waifu and whole family...then he said im oredi cross the line disturbing his privacy....then he said he will refund on wednesday(this post week)..and i promised to not disturb him with my miss call and sms barrage....and u guys know he tricked me again..and again ignoring my call and sms..

so i told him that i will post his face and his waifu face..and told his fren about this...if he did not refund the day after wednesday...so guys should i post his face and waifu for guys like him...
