The seller want to pay me rm300 but since he got accident yesterday he paid me RM150, I'm still waiting for further payment

I only settle for full payment, he said he want to give RM300 first but then he claimed he got into an accident, so he pay me RM150 first, then another RM150 then so on until RM1030.

So here's the situation.. he scammed your RM1030 and now he's offering paying you back by instalment without interest?
I think you better off with reporting this to the police .
