Long time reader, first time poster here (I'm shy )!

I'm hoping to find out how many people would be interested in buying console games online and having them delivered straight to their door. I know there are already a few websites based in Malaysia that are doing this, have any of you guys/girls used them at all? If you have what sucked or was awesome about their sites?

A little about me, I've been a console gamer for as long as I can remember and plan to always be a console gamer! I've always loved gaming and have been wanting to get more people into it, and thought that creating a website selling video games would be the best way to reach more people, so if you guys can help me by telling me what you look for, and if you'd would even buy games online I would truly appreciate it!

I have been buying games online (both local and international) and in fact, 99% of my games I buy online unless the shop have some extra discount.

Main reasons I buy online
a. the availability of games I want
b. wide range of choices to choose from
c. price
d. preorder bonuses

1. you dont need waste ur gas to buy, they deliver for u
2. you can buy some limited edition stuff for international purchase (e.g mario kart 8 collector edition)
3. you go to any local store they will chop your vegetable head because they had to pay their rent so their game would be extremely expensive.
4. online purchase would have more discount compare with a local store.

I too prefer to use online purchase and the game will be delivered on my doorstep. No need to waste my time to find the games.

I believe online disadvantage is consumer will be more selective, they'll compare price, free gift, delivery, service, recommendation before deciding which site/seller to purchase. Traditional consumer would just buy whatever the price is set by shop they regularly visit as it is too troublesome to compare with other shops. But traditional retail shop are getting lesser as consumer prefer the convenience in online shopping.

Why would you NOT want to buy games online?

1. Wider selection.
2. Convenient.
3. Cheaper.

I usually go to video game shops to purchase consoles, but for games I'd prefer buying online.

thing is, for me, i prefer to buy the games physically. Sebab can simpan the disc as a collection. Im geeky like that.

I just ordered a PS4 at Lazada earlier today since I noticed that they are selling that console at a much cheaper price in comparison to any other places I have been through.

The thing is, I am anxious to know if Lazada is a reputable seller since it is my first time buying such an expensive thing over the internet. Does any of you guys have any experience with Lazada before? It would be great if you guys shared your experiences.

I bought ps4 last month from lazada and also bought many things from them before. Very satisfied with their service. Much cheaper when you can grab their coupon

Thank you so much! That's what I did. Apply their coupon together with the already-reduced price. Just received an email and sms confirmation from Lazada that the console will be shipped to me. I am so excited!

I've also bought some things from them in the past & they're trustworthy and efficient as I'm concerned.

After discovering the wonders of online shopping I tend to buy a lot of stuff online nowadays xD I like the fact that

- it's usually cheaper
- i don't have to haggle with humans @.@
- it's easier to do my research for how much something should cost..
- delivery! free delivery is even better

But buying stuff online, has a few disadvantages as well @.@
- WAITINGGGGGG. >.< If I had money I would probably just go to a shop and get what I want (Instant gratification heh heh)
- Risk of Scammers xD which is why you must always check out the seller whether or not he/she has a good rep
- sometimes you don't get what you wanted exactly. I kena a few times ady, I bought a PS4 game which I wanted R3 version but I got R2 or R1 instead.
- sometimes stores have special sales and have cheaper prices on games.. like that time I bought infamous SS & last of us remastered online, and while waiting for it I visited GH to find out infamous was cheaper there and then mid valley's game shop to find last of us was cheaper..>.>

It would be really nice to have an online game store which has an overall cheapest prices for games Most of the stores around on lowyat have pretty good prices but there are no stores right now for me which has the overall best prices, they have to earn money also i'm guessing But yeah right now, I think I will continue buying games online.. Unless there are special deals at like GH or HeavyArms. xD
