But healthy diet can get your the same results as taking supplements. Ask a pharmacist, your legal drug dealer governed by MOH.

I am tempted to buy L-glutathione supplement from iherb because i've read many good reviews of L-glutathione on its skin whitening effect. The price is not cheap and i want to know if any girls in this forum have try it before?

Not a registered supplement in Malaysia right? I wouldn't recommend taking any supplements without MAL holographic stickers. But that's me.
