sos from hitz fb page
By now, we bet you've already watched the infamous car-rage video that went viral and trended both in Malaysia and worldwide yesterday! Here's some wise words from YB Khairy Jamaluddin on the incident. We all make mistakes, but it's how we handle them afterwords that matters the most! Keep calm Malaysia, we're better than this! ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by briantwj: Jul 16 2014, 05:52 PM |

simply saying sorry and admitting u are wrong does not change d fact that u have road bullied the uncle.
the fact that 1) She took the uncle's car key 2) Hitting the uncle's car with steering lock 3) Threaten the uncle by hitting his car with the steering lock 4) Demanding/blackmailing the uncle for RM2k 5) Making racist remark to the uncle all these are facts that you can't change. The girl is very lucky the uncle did not make diz a big case and press charges on her. All 5 points above i think is enuff to make her enter lokap. lel This post has been edited by briantwj: Jul 16 2014, 10:01 PM |

I would like to c how she live with that for the rest of her life. do things without using her brain. otak tu x boleh guna sikit? |

QUOTE(alaskanbunny @ Jul 16 2014, 10:04 PM) unker can sue for trauma / stress and compensation for car rosak - civil case yea. Intimidation. thats the word I'm looking for. police can charge for criminal intimidation, racial abuse, extortion, face prob, obstruction of traffic and sexual assault with intent to murder - criminal case she's very very lucky the unker decide not to press charges. And until now, I see her 'apology'. Do u even call that an apology. Not sincere at all. And still ask us to not continue to condemn her. When u did that to the unker, u shud've thot of the consequences. |

QUOTE(nickisthemost @ Jul 16 2014, 11:06 PM) in jail or not, that is for the authorities to decide. I'm just saying she is very lucky coz the unker did not make a big case out of it and press charges on her. IF I am the unker, I definitely will feel threaten. She was holding the steering lock and raging, demanding/blackmailing me RM2k. kudos to the unker for not making it a big case. |

QUOTE(nickisthemost @ Jul 16 2014, 11:15 PM) don't avoid the question what the authority does have nothing to do with your desire, do you want her jailed ? well, if u are asking what I desire, yea, I wan her to be jailed or fined. Whichever decision made by the police/judge. Purely bcoz of what she did. I think this is a road bully case dy. She does not seem to be fit to be a driver on the road if she cannot control her emotion. If the law juz let her go without any form of punishment, she won't know what she did wrong, the next time in an accident, same case will happen again. So some form of punishment from the law shud b applied onto her. Yea, maybe community service or fine. What form of punishment to be applied onto her, that is to be decided by the court. QUOTE(lambiskut @ Jul 17 2014, 02:43 AM) http://www.ntv7.com.my/7edition/local-en/A...SAYS_SORRY.html seems like I'm not alone afterall. She does not sound sorry right in the interview right? like kip pusing pusing, say she cannot earn 5k per month, car sentimental value, holding the steering lock, say cannot hit d guy (so hit the car).WTF.... I watching the interview and she doesn't sound sorry at all. She's just making up excuses to jaga her ass, not expecting the backlash of her actions! I think if she noticed that she was being recorded she wouldn't have acted that way. Can see that the interviewer also doubting her from the expressions. She also denounced victim's reported claim of her father arriving at scene of accident and scolding him. She's saying that it's just "viral je tu" and her father bawa kereta to balai with her. The end there, she say uncle Sim gave her wrong number? |
