QUOTE(kshen @ Jul 15 2014, 04:58 PM) usually hydrolyzed Whey proteins will have little to no cholesterol. I recommend Dymatize's iso100 if u're considering something with little to no cholesterol. May be expensive but worth the bucks . currently taking the "inner armor 100% iso whey" the cholesterol and fat less than the dymatize iso100, also dont have carbs. thinking for the dymatize iso100 also. just need the confirm is it ok before buy for a person who have high colesterol

QUOTE(kshen @ Jul 16 2014, 01:35 AM) Oh , yea my dad and I share the same protein tubs , so basically we buy our supps that's low in cholesterol , coz since other food source we consume may have cholesterol as well (saturated fats an example) . I heard oats are amazing for lowering LDL too . yes oats are lowering LDL

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Jul 17 2014, 11:09 PM) Lol... you're having high cholesterol because it's either your diet is the problem or you're a hyper responder due to family history. Do you honestly think that switching a whey protein brand is going to help you? 70% of the cholesterol is produced by your body, the rest is dietary. Take this from a doctor's POV. yes im hyper responder due to family history, thats why i need to choose protein carefuly. what you mean is take good care from diet better than choose lower cholesterol protein ?
