Is Final Fantasy III really worth buying?
The graphics look exactly the same as the DS version that came out years ago.

So based on that off top of my head I could think of these titles

Totally region locked (no cross region trading/gifting):
Metal Gear Rising konami
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 konami

Region locked but still acquireable by cross region trading/gifting:
DIRT 2 gfwl
Dragon Age: Origin Ultimate Edition ea
Bulletstorm ea
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition gfwl

If you already played other version then skip pc version if you like to.

-edit-

For anyone interested, GMG sell this game which can be activated in this region.

MGR is believed to be not available in SEA, but i know several sellers are selling it and buyers are actually able to activate it
so tl;dr, contact those sellers and throw the question

The Graphic is similar to the Android /iOS version.

If you already have the game on either system, then it would not be necessary to buy it on Steam.
