Details of the complaint :

i PMed seller regarding his pc for sale. we nego a few times and agreed to a price for cod. i double check item detail and he told it has 320gb hdd and everything working fine with 1 week personal warranty. we agreed to COD Wednesday afternoon.

i arrived and informed him. he sent a small boy to do COD and i saw the pc very dusty with the vents all clogged with dirt and dust. i just reminded the boy i will call back if anything wrong with pc.

got home and cleaned off all the dust. i didn't want to run pc with vents clogged. turned it on and discovered the cd-rom wouldn't open and the hdd only 160gb. i immediately PMed him to inform him and he said sometimes the cd-rom gets stuck and told me to terbalik the pc. as for hdd, he said he not too sure of it...he didn't use it for long time.
i said i will try on a few more times and update him.

next morning i PMed confirmed cd-rom not working and i said if i return pc i will have to charge my labour for cleaning. so i suggest he refund me rm20.
he said rm15 take it or leave it.
i said he can replace with a working cd-rom
he said rm15 now or wait for end of month for rm20.
i said ok. i will open dispute first and when he refund i will close.
he said he will refund rm20 by that evening (Thursday 10th). later he sent a link to a url for a printscreen.

today, Monday 14th, around 4.30pm i sent him PM saying no money received. he replied 6.30pm told me to check with my bank.

tomorrow is a holiday so that means i must wait until Wednesday. i saw seller is also trying to sell other items and i think other buyers should be aware of this

you claim transfer done on Thursday night. i banked in a cheque on Saturday afternoon. at 4.30pm Monday my cheque showed up as one-day-float but still no sign of your claimed transfer.

i will close this thread when money show up in my account.

Transfer on Thur nite latest will receive by Monday night.
Receiver cant check his bank if the transfer is reversed due to any reason.

from the screenshot you can see that i already transfer since thursday.Try creating a maybank2u acc.

Check ur transactions see got reverse or not

no.It's said 'accepted for processing'.

CIMB seriously mess with me.I already transfered the money since thursdays and now already tuesday.I hope the money will be in his acc tomorrow.TY.To leoitch can you snap your transcation history just want to make sure if that money already in there.

i don't think that is good idea. i will blank out transactions not involve you....how to prove i didn't blank out your transfer?

i will wait till tomorrow 5pm to confirm whether money is inside my account before further action.

I just get feedback from CIMB.they said regarding the the transcation reference number.The money will be transfered to mr Lee acc within 2 working days.TY

Ok lah tu, seller refunded, TS will receive the money, so nothing to con here or cheat here. I think the thread can be closed now

just checked and money has been transferred. i will close thread.
