QUOTE(ahter @ Aug 17 2014, 09:34 PM) TS, probably can add info on which SC accept engine oil bought outside ? I think COSE accepts it. The one I always go to is SM Bolton Sdn. Bhd [Selayang]. So far satisfied with it, have claimed warranty at no hassle. Sometimes they called me before to remind that my car needed servicing soon. Wifi, TV and newspapers at waiting area.

You can try Wargacorp in Selayang, they are decently equipped, complete with panel beater, body knocking, collision repair and painting Service wise, friendly and get the job done well.

QUOTE(rainbow6 @ Dec 28 2015, 07:16 PM) Next service, @Mutiara unless someone can say that last one month visit is terrible. I was informed that major overhaul was made to that center in terms of manpower. Since Nov, new manager, best and promoted staffs from other SCs were transferred there. Mutiara is by appointment only. Mixed service at Mutiara. I had a minor problem with my Preve (CVT error - delay 1 second to move after engaging D), went to the receptionist, she insisted that I had to make an appointment. Drove around the block, went straight to the service bay and ask the foreman to check and fixed it instantly
