Go to character customization. The metallic characters should be the last selectable option for upper body and lower body parts. Equip both. Then save them into the customization slot. During character select, press Square and pick that slot you save that customized character into.

Naisu. Last night was a bit slower than earlier night. The few matches I had were jokers spamming bullshit moves, so I spammed my moves back.....no point playing with patience when all I get are rushdowns with spammed buttons. Lost even with those spammed so I just went with Stagger Kicks until they die.

Sorry if that's the impression you got of me, after a while matching up with spammers, the habit stuck. Sometimes the connection on the other side failed so badly at crucial moments, it throws all the close-combat launcher timing out of the window, making it no point to do all those complex launcher combos I've practiced in Warm-Up mode. King isn't the fastest of a character, and the game is more forgiving to fast characters like Kazuya, Jin, Josie, Steve and Xiaoyu, even when you mistimed your combos, the window of which the combo hits is still open with faster characters.

Will only get back to Heihachi once my Korean fight stick with Myoungshin Fanta lever arrives.

This bullshit d+4 (correct me if I'm wrong) is indeed pure bullshit. It staggers and does a shit ton of damage for a single low atk. As a Hwaorang main, I've been damn frustrated over the last few weeks trying not to get caught in this move. Thankfully it makes me double down on how to master low parries.

Definitely MY or SG player. Saw this guy in the tourney mode before, didn't get to match up with him because apparently "DC" when everyone is done with their match except him and another player. Caused the whole tourney to freeze and "waiting to connect to server". Waste of effin' time.

I was spamming when I fought you with Katarina just now. I got fed up playing carefully and strategically and wanna see how it felt to be a spammer. Won 4 straight wins with Chloe spamming d/b+4,4.. So this is how they feel beating my King! All the sidesteps, grabs, wavedashes and backdashes, and footsies I painstaking did while I was King against these spammers...... I get why they're gleeful on their spam approaches now. Time to return the favor.

Patch 1.05 killed the player base. Who wants to play against fags who pull plug before losing and keep their so called win streak alive?

Also, character balance patch is coming for arcade version soon - which would probably roll out to console/pc version not too long after. People are waiting for this along with the new penalty system that the team is working on.

Either that or the game's server can not find players around your level to match you up with. In other fighting games, the higher you rank, the less people you can play with. This is not applicable in Japan,Korea or major US cities where there is a concentration of players however
