Dear all sifus, i hav a problem recently.. my ipad was locked.. so i went to apple to ask them to unlock it.
now the device is unlocked but it came to configuration wizard (first time setup).
i got stuck on the 'plz login to ur apple id which registered on a........@gmail.com

the problem is i dont know whose password is it because my apple id is s....@gmail.com.

please advise,

register a new one to activate

you have to key in the previous user Apple ID if not your iPad = iChopping Board.

as i know, there is nothing you can do accept key-in balik the previous Apple-ID and activate, after that sign out under general>iCloud.

There is nothing you can do without your Apple ID email and password.

because if you own it from the start then u will have all the password of any account u signed into..
u bought it 2nd hand ? if yes ask the previous seller

yes bought it 2nd hand.. before its locked.. im login to appstore using my gmail account..
so thats why im asking.. who is a....@gmail.com ?

u shld have ask him to reset it and then activate it on the spot , removing the find my iphone app too
i tin right now what can u do is only to ask for the previous owner password and sign out from there
