Check on map, I used to have landed house here before all these major developments. My take it, many green land still available. Here, landed would be a better buy then a high rise. Also, may not be idle for investment. Lake is huge, again pollution is another factor to consider ( no single responsible party ). Overall, price point not attractive n 0 rebate would turn most investors or even homebuyers off. I'm expecting sales here to be very bad causing them to restructure their package n relaunch in the future with lower absolute psf.

Haha is like this lo. Already used to the trick, when a property build on jalan Puchong, they will said jalan Klang lama. When Puchong south, or near sepang they will say  Puchong. When at  old Klang road, they said Kl south. But most unacceptable for me is southville by may sing la, Kl south wo....Then verve suite okr also Kl south . Mean southville and verve suite just nearby? XD
