did anyone manage to fix the rattling sound at the driver side door and dashboard above the HU?

hi guys..any good glass cleaner to clean off my cars windshield..i have abit of sqeuaking sound even though i changed my wiper to piaa silicone..

when im using wiper, i can see there is a 1 straight line of stains from what i believe is the dripping water from air cond..any idea how to remove it..i tried using wet towel but the stains is still there
