Means it's pretty useless in blocking heat. You should look for a tint which has at least IRR 90% or more.

Tint quality is not determined by the VLT.(Dark or Light)
VLT=% of light to passhtrough
IRR=Infra Red Heat Rejection
TSER=Total Solar Energy Rejection

Usually this 3 is the more important. TSER is the main number where it shows the total heat rejection, the higher the better.

agreed but if in night also can see clear your face thru 4 side windows..means something not rite for me..i prefer dark abit so can sorok-sorok face
