Hi Calvin, you may informed SC in between the touch aircond switch and USB port connectivity area the middle part have uneven gap in which left and right is not aligned properly. If possible, send an email to your SA and ask his/her to report this issue to the SC during the time you send your car in for service, ask the SA printout the hardcopy and attached together with the service booklet to let the technician fix the issue for you. Hence, they will know how to resolve for it.

Hi iruka, Honda cars is good but at the same time share some pictures that this car having the issues as per up to date...not understand the so called "quality control and material control" is being practice before submit the car to customer. Better check this affected area before signed the delivery goods received for your brand new car. Cheers!

Hi zLoto, Honda after sales service is really bad after we as customer give them a call several time and Tai-Chi style is start to push away their responsibility and blame on customer side. Yesterday I just spoken to Honda SC @ Selayang and their Service Advisor just give this kind of Tai-Chi answer while at the same time I use my handphone turn on loud speaker speaking with their senior management about the kind of answer given by them. Today will need to go onsite to check whether this service advisor still working there or receive a good warning letter / sack from headquarter.....

Hi Ree73, car scratches is unavoidable as people nowadays jealous that you have a new car and do some decoration to it. Sometimes even you drive also may encounter stone chips and motorcycle crossby too near also may caused scratches which is done in front of you during traffic jam. Hard to take care.

Showroom car have a lot of finger print and light scratches due to mishandled by potential customer. Normally not recommended the SA to put our car in showroom. Or else people hand itchy and make something to it.

Hi Ree73, after done coating found out someone's scratch my car on underneath bumper left side and now desparate to find a good touch up paint to restore back the car paint.

Hi zaFrOoNaLdO, Is ppl scratch due to the person use troley approach my car bumper and the side edge of troley is sharp blend and passby will cause this issue. Anyway, I had used touch up paint to cover back the flaws and everything back to normal then. Thanks for your logic explanation.

Hi iamkid, first tank for new car I pump Shell V Power and it is indeed V Power performance. Still running for first tank of fuel and good mileage driven. SA recommended for new car at least Ron 97 until 10,000 km then only switch to Ron 95. To ensure engine performance is unleash the full potential.

Add modulo kit is another hefty cost. If really can go for perfection, send the car back to Honda SC to respray the bumper. Cost should be around RM400 to RM600 depending on the region. But at the moment just use the touch up paint first as the car paint still new and it can last for at least the next 5 years.

Hi jusTinMM, at least you still receive a call from SC to remind you for service. My car just bought less than a month did not receive any call from them and I personally have to call them for service.

Hi JGTi, make sure ask your cousin to send back the car to originated place where your cousin purchased the car. Otherwise, tai-chi style is the well famous treatment being given by Honda SC.

Because of this gap issue, I had rejected the first car and second car being assigned without the above mention issue. Now I'm a happy user that go to service as per schedule interval without any problem.

Honda always blame customer. Which is really an attitude problem. The moment I call and enquire on certain technical information, they straight away blame other party or customer fault. Which is totally ridiculous without seeking further investigation on the matters. Even I dare to say Nissan and Toyota did not treat customer with this kind of stupid attitude. Really pissed off the way they treat customer. Everything need to report to Honda Malaysia or the next level is consumer tribunal then only working on it.

Hi George.low, you may need to get used to it as their response time and excuses is plenty and always blame on customer side. Tai-Chi is their expertise on handling problematic case. Normally the way to soften customer frustration will be handover your case to senior management for further investigation on rectifying your issue and in the end of the day claimed this is normal and you have to bear with it.

Hi huiyu, try to send your car to Honda Global Amity in Bangi or Seri Kembangan. Both this SC open on Sunday from 0900-1700 if I not mistaken. Service is good and reliable.
