Upgrading my pc for DOTA 2, Seeking for help frm LYN shifu

Im a totally newbie on this kind of thing...all i know is gaming, so help me out on this please
 Have this shitty desktop at home: Processor : Intel® Core™ i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4CPUs), ~3.3GHz Memory : 4096MB RAM Motherboard : Gigabyte H61M-S2-B3 GPU : ASUS EAH5450 Series PSU : No idea so i took a photo of it Case : Black plastic case OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) Is it possible to upgrade it to be able to play DOTA 2 on highest setting? Is it just upgrading my graphic card will do?? Thanks in advance  Attached thumbnail(s)
