Well it is mostly due to it is not a common item on Sniper. It does provide some dmg, atk speed and survivability. Maybe I don't weight the strength gain as something important.

For the past few days, it is hard to organize some lobby games. Mostly due to some members not available or some didn't check guild chats.

I would encourage all of the added members to actively add each others and open up lobby game. Most of the time, after I PM them, they can play lobby. So you guys can give this a try

Secondly, I think due to some skill level differences it might spoil the fun "abit" some are too serious some are just playing it for fun. But it is ok as long as you know your skill level, might need to follow the MMR as a rough guideline to determine your skill level.

2.5-3k MMR = Beginner
3.5-4k MMR = Average
4k+ MMR = Good

I don't really judge skill level based on the system MMR rating because some are good even at 3k MMR.

Hopefully, those higher level MMR player can chill and coach and play lobby just for fun. No need to take it too serious.

If possible, we can organize some lobby caters for below 3k MMR so all members can have fun playing together.
