Bloodstone has no advantage for me whatsoever vs that draft. I have the mana regen that I need from orchid, mana pool from the shiva's and orchid. My concern was to tank through their burst and their weaver physical.

If you calculate it well,

Eye of Skadi gives 725 HP, 575 mana, 25 damage, 25 attack speed, 1 mana regen/second, .75 HP regen/second, and 3.5 armor.

Bloodstone: gives +500 HP, +400 Mana, +9 HP regeneration, +200% Mana regeneration +10 Damage.

The bloodstone provides barely any damage, no armor and no unique modifier. My only problem was weaver hitting so hard, so skadi slows his movement speed and attack speed by 35%, I get extra attack, attack speed and armor.

If Their line up is mostly inti, then sure I can go bkb dagon ethereal blade, but it is quite a pub build. QOP doesnt really need to "tank" but be a great utility for the team as in burst, chase and run.

Word of advice - don't be too dependent on the recommended item list (not to mention, the list was horribly outdated until like 2 months back). Item builds are subject to the conditions of the game you're in, so adjust accordingly.
