I've worked as a barista long time ago so my memory abit hazy.. the sizes should be tall, grande, venti. The smallest is the espresso cup. For regular drinks tall is the smallest, venti is the largest.
You usually order by size, drink name and any additional toppings e.g. "grande hot chocolate with whipped cream". Drinks itself are pretty customizable, you can tell them how many pumps you want from the syrup, chips, whipped cream, etc.

QUOTE(iimcrystal @ Jul 11 2014, 01:41 PM) THANK YOU SIR but how about the "tall" and "large" size ? cause he show me 4 different size of cup form the smallest one -> tall -> ? -> large one there literary lot of "tall" size being show to me that day oh it seems they have short as well.. so it should be short > tall > grande > venti Its weird cause i really dont remember the short cup I searched online and seems the full range of sizes are demi (espresso size) > short > tall > grande > venti > trenta (introduced in 2011). But i dont think they have trenta here.. i've never seen it.

QUOTE(iimcrystal @ Jul 12 2014, 04:49 PM) what is espresso shot anyway ? well, there's these 5, but what i saw the other day, there are few different size between short and tall The espresso cup is the size of a shot glass, very small. Its not meant to be drunk slowly, the way to drink it is once the barista serves it to you, you're supposed to down it within 10 seconds (that's what they taught me during training) to keep the flavor. Im pretty sure there are only those sizes mentioned, i dont recall there being any more..

QUOTE(iimcrystal @ Jul 14 2014, 03:00 PM) if i mix it with my drinks, will the espresso shot still have it flavour since Its not meant to be drunk slowly? cause i could drink one venti for half a day or more Its up to you really, btw some drinks are made using the espresso shot, e.g. the latte. But of course mixing it with another drink will make it lose its intended flavor.
