Leasehold. it is located on the highest peak and i could recall it is via jalan L5.

I do agree it is quite steep better go a freehold development and at that level there are other options. I guess they are benchmarking against  previous surrounding developments which are leasehold e.g Sunway Rdgeway and 16quartz.
