i would say grab another wind imp and wind gryphon + yr pixie and harpy/archer
it works really well in both defense and offense   

wind bounty hunter , still 4* now , still put in arena after up 5*
my top attacker is wind warbear ( buff and aoe awesome)
wind undine not sure , but right now i still upgrading will try at arena soon .

so far the easiest to get is fire inu lol or mayb water grim.. those with bonus attack chance after killing a monster is the best monster for farming exp
