did Effect Acc works on the attack which will caused constant damage?

some advise.. keep your mana for 2 4 6 slot 6* rune.. 135 can skip until u got xtra mana to spend

it'll increase the chance of inflicting it i think. no sure if it helps for raoq's multiple hits

yeah, % are much better and way more expensive... xD

the effect acc NOT increase any % skill

need to do some summary on which mobs with which rune, so basically may need advise from all of you

i use it for def , quite good la . it can provoke all mob attack he alone only , hp around 18k so other mob can do the killing .
