QUOTE(xtremesportx @ Sep 28 2014, 07:41 PM) I checked the back seats.. Everything is secure properly.. However the unexplained tik tak sound is still there.. Even when turning car at low speed can hear the sound.. Have you checked your trunk? There are two beam-like rods that would touch each other if you didn't space them out using the plastic hook.

QUOTE(ChuanHong @ Sep 30 2014, 10:35 PM) using wayway V270.. not that good and not that bad.. but guarantee not worth for that pricing.. just i get lower discount price due to ppl get it from application of hong leong credit card.. i get at rm160.. so still ok.. suggest probably go to papago go safe series or garmin.. but branded is more expensive.. depend on budget.. but out there many ppl use others brand also.. genius car DVR also not that bad.. but still almost same price or higher than papago I'm considering the G1WH due to the good reviews It seems like it has a large community that supports it, even custom firmwares to enhance the quality

Currently contemplating between Mini 0801 or G1WH, both receive good reviews.

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Oct 1 2014, 11:35 PM) This will be my first dash cam ever, so I figured out not to spend too much. Plus the Mini 0801 is already a well cam model, and the price is already within what I feel like spending

QUOTE(whitegoh @ Oct 5 2014, 06:59 PM) I wonder when proton will going to launch 2nd generation Preve. It is barely 2 years since the debut, still very early even for a face lift.

Guys, what is the power rating of the reverse light? Maybe my eyes are getting worse but lately I felt the rear light is brighter than the reverse light at close proximity, if possible I want to change to LED type.

My left headlamp burnt once, but then I changed to Philips so far so good (already more than 8 months). Still, I'm going to complaint to SC for my next service to get them to do something about the wiring, perhaps.

QUOTE(plumberly @ Oct 25 2014, 11:59 AM) Thanks. I paid RM190 for S1000. Asking myself whether I should go for Synthium 3000 or 5000 for my next service. 250-190 = RM60 extra. For 6 months use period, that is RM60/6 = RM10 /month extra. Worth doing this? Ha. Either I go for Syn 800 or Syn 3000, no Syn 1000 for me. Lets see how this new Syn7000 performs, but I'm going to be honest, the engine is now definitely quieter compared to before

QUOTE(Pain4UrsinZ @ Oct 25 2014, 01:17 PM) fast you mean it will lead to damage of other parts ? probably next week friday only can change. Not critical but the sooner the better. QUOTE(xtremesportx @ Oct 25 2014, 03:04 PM) RPM2.9k at 140km/hr normal? Very normal. 120kmh at 2.5k.

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Oct 27 2014, 09:04 AM) #6 is sort of unfixable because it's all the same with other Preve CFE headunit, unfortunately. Good luck in fixing the others, have faith. There's a workaround, channel the air flow from the AC blower to the left (front passenger side), it will be better

QUOTE(allenultra @ Oct 30 2014, 07:51 PM) If you could find Neuton NT8000, its should be the best option in that price range. Other reliable alternative would be a minimum Rm300 each. Well I don't mind to pay extra if other alternatives provide better value for money, but a quick Googling revealed that this NT8000 or NT5000 is very favorable. Will keep an eye on them, maybe another year or so
